Aqua Shard celebrated the RHS Chelsea Flower Show with Elegant Cocktail & Dessert


To celebrate the Royal horticultural Society's annual, world renowned, Chelsea Flower show, Aqua Shard have created a special dessert & cocktail to enjoy, both inspired by the quintessentially British Elderflower.

The dessert is made with elderflower & lime cheesecake cream, white chocolate, meringue, strawberry parfait, burnt butter and almond crumble along with fresh summer berries, ewe's milk ice cream and elderflower.

Its priced at £9.50 and available when dining in the restaurant.

Or join Aqua Shard for a drink after work and enjoy their cocktail (£14.00), made with Tanqueary No. TEN gin infused with elderflower and lotus leaf, elderflower tincture, lemon juice, egg white, blue cornflower with lavender.
